Jessica Lucas started 2013 on an unsettling note. In April, after some months of co-starring in Cult (which was released on February 19 2013, 2013) it was cancelled. The following year, The network CW, aired the remaining episodes from the 13-week series, but it's never good to appear in a series that's been killed very early on in its life. However, on the bright side, her film career seemed to be improving in leaps and bounds. Jessica Lucas starred as Michael B. Jordan's American wife in his film, That Awkward Time, which premiered in early 2014. The actress is having an affair with her husband, and is definitely the upper hand in their relationship. Lucas has the ability to stand her own, despite the fact that this is an 'emo' film. Like I said earlier, Lucas was also the main character in those brief scenes she was in the Paul W.S. Anderson period action-adventure film Pompeii. Shenae grimes AnnaLynne McCord & Jessica Stroup collaborated with her on four episodes of the rebooted 90210. In 2009, she was part of the cast of what became a highly success reboot of the hit 90s show, Melrose Place playing a wholesome elementary-school instructor Riley Richmond.
